Regional Analysis

Petronia City Industrial Park is based in the center of the Western Region, Takoradi, which is the third capital of Ghana. Spanning 229 km sq, more than 11 different resources are concentrated in this area. Regional analysis proves that this is one of the richest regions on the continent. In front of PCIP is the coast, making it a prime location for distribution channels to improve Africa’s coastal transportation. It is for this reason that Nana Kwame understood that this region would be the hub of African industrialization.
